The vertical composite grinding center is suitable for grinding the inner hole, outer circle, and end face of irregular parts of single or batch large sleeve parts. The Siemens system is used to control the feed of the inner and outer sand wheel axles separately. Capable of completing reciprocating grinding of multiple levels of outer circles, inner holes, and end faces under a single installation of the workpiece. It has multiple functions such as automatic feed of grinding wheel axis, coarse and fine grinding, automatic switching of workpiece speed, automatic dressing of grinding wheel and automatic compensation after dressing, automatic axial positioning of workpiece, and safety interlock of cyclic action.
